You Did It – MBD

January Results

Early January we spoke about dedication, focus, and determination in completing a goal, resolution, or challenge. I wanted to update you on my whole 30 & moving my body reset goals:


No sugar, dairy, grains, alcohol or additives for 30 days! Woah! It was intense but I learned a LOT about my body and what I “needed” vs just wanted.

I also learned what made me feel good vs foggy or bloated. I wanted to incorporate in movement as well as eating to stack the two new habits together!

Here are my results:

  • Weight, down 12 pounds
  • Waist down 1 1/2 inches
  • Hips down 2 inches
  • Chest down 2 1/4 inches
  • Thigh down 3/4 of an inch
  • 21 of 31 days completed
  • Exercise ring 300/400+ Cal on apple watch

I’m posting this NOT to brag, but to explain my process – this was difficult, but not hard. It took planning ( meal planning!) and focus, and I’m 100% sure if you made a decision to do it, you could rock this too! Hope this gives you some inspiration💕💕
